Photographs
Coram James values historical photographs for insurance, probate, divorce, sale and litigation, from a single early print to complete albums and archives.
Our Specialists
Our photographs specialist spent more than 20 years at Sotheby’s, handling important collections of 19th and early 20th century photography, including travel and topographical views of Egypt, the Holy Land, India, Persia and Japan. Each photograph is assessed for photographer, process, date of printing, condition and provenance, against current market evidence.
