Prints & Editions
Coram James values prints and editions for insurance, probate, divorce and sale, from Old Master etchings to contemporary editions and street art.
Our modern and contemporary specialists come from Christie’s and Sotheby’s, and recent results include works by Banksy, Invader and Picasso.
What We Value
- Old Master prints, including Dürer and Rembrandt
- Picasso, Matisse, Chagall and Miró
- British prints, including Hockney, Moore and Hodgkin
- Pop art, including Warhol and Lichtenstein
- Contemporary editions, including Hirst and Emin
- Street art, including Banksy and Invader
- Posters and lithographs
Edition size, impression, signature, paper and condition all affect value. Authentication matters too, particularly for Banksy, where Pest Control certification is essential.
