Probate and Estates

Valuations for probate purposes at fixed fees agreed in advance, prepared in line with Section 160 of the Inheritance Tax Act 1984 and ready for the IHT400. If the family decides to sell, we advise on where each item will sell best, and negotiate the commission on the estate’s behalf. Divorce and Family
